We are working in many area of Asia to Further the Gospel, including Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, and Nepal.

HTMI was granted charity (Registered Charity No. 1081132) status in 2000, but in fact the ministry started many years previous to this. In 1995, David took his first evangelistic journey with Good News Crusade and evangelist Don Double to Indonesia and India.

God then opened up doors into Pakistan and over a 6 year period around 2000 people received Christ into their lives and hundreds were baptised in the Holy Spirit. Most of the outreaches were help in remote village communities and often there was stiff opposition, riots, threats etc.

It was amazing to see how God made sure that meetings went ahead. On one occasion God used a muslim Policeman to ensure that a village was protected and that the evangelistic meeting went ahead!

David Crisp, founder and director of HTMI, was born in Singapore in 1970, but raised in the West County. Saved at the Age of 9 and started evangelising in 1989 after recommitting his life to the Lord, seeing friends and pub-goers come to Christ.

David currently works as a Residential Social Worker with children who have behavioural problems. David, as well as being involved in all of the above, loves fishing, triathlon and travelling... and eating. Don't ask him about travels unless you have a lot of time to spare and a patient disposition!
